See, there's this site called Yelp, where you can write reviews of various restaurants, bars, businesses and whatnot.

I posted a crazy number of reviews mostly not reviewing actual establishments but instead ranting about my insane Chinese family, my ridiculous world view, and my everyday life. In the process, I became one of the most "popular" people on the site.

Brandy Ho’s is NAH-ASS-TY. Seriously.

I’m usually not this selfless, but I would like to apologize on behalf of the entire Chinese community (and there’s a lot of us slanty-eyed folks) for Brandy Ho’s. I’m ashamed of Brandy’s behaviour (loud and generally abrasive), Brandy’s prices (who the hell pays these kinds of prices for food in Chinatown?), Brandy’s general lack of quality or care (she makes onion pancakes with tortillas?! WTF?!), and Brandy’s horrendously bad taste (specials include dry overfried breaded chicken with nameless sweet-fruit-marinade).

I apologize. I really do. Sincerely. I know we can do better. Brandy, come on. You gotta try. And I’m sorry I’m laying on the guilt heavily here, but I know you got an Chinese mother, and hence are used to never meeting expectations.
